             微硅粉（學名“硅灰”Microsilica或Silica Fume），系在冶煉硅鐵合金或工業硅時，通過煙道排出的硅蒸汽氧化后，經特別設計的收塵器收集得到的無定型、粉末狀的二氧化硅（SiO?）。微硅粉平均粒徑在0.15~0.20μm，比表面積為15000~20000㎡/kg，具有極強的表面活性。近20年來，微硅粉在國內外建筑、化工、冶金等領域獲得了廣泛的應用。其中大量的微硅粉主要用于水泥或混凝土摻合料，以改善水泥或混凝土的性能，配制具有超高強（c70以上），耐磨、耐沖刷、耐腐蝕、抗滲透、抗凍、早強的特種混凝土，用于大壩、大型水庫、水電、海港碼頭、鐵路橋梁、高速公路、飛機場跑道、隧道及超高層建筑等工程。同時，微硅粉還可以用于耐火材料和陶瓷制品的生產，提高產品的強度和耐久性；用于油漆、涂料、樹脂、橡膠、及其它高分子材料填充物，起到改善材料綜合性能的目的。
