mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">本產品無du "Times New Roman"">、無味、無聲、無震，主要成分是鋁酸鈣、硅酸鹽水泥、減水材料、緩凝材料。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">合理的操作方案是我們使用無聲膨脹材料的最關鍵環節，它直接關系到膨脹效果。如果設計不當，有可能導致開裂時間過長或者“噴孔”甚至不開裂的嚴重后果。一般的使用方法如下：
1. mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">鉆孔：鉆孔設計說明如下，
1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">）孔徑：32-50 "Times New Roman"">毫米（孔徑越大，產生的膨脹壓力越大，開裂時間越短，但孔徑超過50mm "Times New Roman"">易發生沖孔）;2 "Times New Roman"">）孔距：15-40 "Times New Roman"">厘米（孔距越小，開裂時間越短。根據孔徑和物體的不同材質，約為孔徑的5-8 "Times New Roman"">倍。） ;3） "Times New Roman"">孔深：一般為50cm "Times New Roman"">以上，孔深太淺易發生沖孔，但不超過5 "Times New Roman"">米為宜。裝破碎前請將孔內的粉塵或積水清理干凈。4 "Times New Roman"">）排距：即排孔之間距離：0.3-3M ( "Times New Roman"">工程破碎一般為0.3-0.9M, "Times New Roman"">礦山方料開采為1-3M,)

2．配比和用量：膨脹材料用量：因材質不同，膨脹材料用量約為6-20 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">千克/ "Times New Roman"">立方米。水配比量：約為膨脹材料重量的30% "Times New Roman"">，如10公斤膨脹材料配3 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">公斤水。注：當環境溫度低于10 "Times New Roman"">攝氏度時，可用40 "Times New Roman"">度左右的溫水攪拌。

3．攪拌及裝孔：將配比好的膨脹材料緩慢加入水中，邊加入邊攪拌，直到攪拌成糊狀漿體( mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">一次攪拌最好不超過10 "Times New Roman"">公斤，這樣比較好裝孔) "Times New Roman"">，然后將攪拌好的漿體在5 "Times New Roman"">分鐘內倒入孔中（不用封口）。注意：混合攪拌和裝孔的時間最好不超過10 "Times New Roman"">分鐘，整個操作過程最好不超過30 "Times New Roman"">分鐘。為了降低膨脹材料裝完后“沖孔或噴孔”的機率，夏天時盡量避開高溫時裝孔，盡量避開“被破碎物自身溫度高”時裝孔。如果是長“排孔”或深孔，最好多人同時裝孔。當環境溫度低于5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">度時，裝完孔后可以用草席或者其他東西遮蓋孔口保溫。

4．當要破碎厚度大的混凝土時，可分層破碎，單層厚度為value="1" unitname="m" w:st="on">1M "Times New Roman"">左右為宜。對于特殊工程，可設計成斜向孔。對于斜向孔或者水平孔可借助導管裝料，或者將料拌成半糊狀料并搓成條塞入孔中然后撓實。

5. 一般2--7 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">小時后出現裂縫，若20 "Times New Roman"">小時后仍無裂縫， 說明你設計的孔距偏大，應沿鉆孔線再適當加孔并灌入本品。

6. 本產品根據石材開采和鋼筋混泥土破壞使用時的溫度分為三個型號，訂購時應按實際施工溫度、選擇合適的型號，不可互用。（不過請你放心，我們會根據季節溫度情況，給你提供最合適的產品型號） "Times New Roman"">。
